Construction and delivery schedules

Reserve a villa now, and you will be the proud owner of an exquisite, beautiful villa in Lalzit Bay by summer 2013. Each villa is built, decorated and furnished to your own specific requirements and the construction schedules will run between 12 и 15 months.

Phase 2 beach villas in Lalzi Bay Resort

Beach front villas will be released after phase 1 has been completed in late 2013 – 2014. Those customers who purchase a villa in phase 1 are entitled to first choice on villas in Phase 2. For those who wish to move closer to the beachfront, the on-site sales office will manage the sale of your existing property.

The price of villas will inevitably be higher in phase 2 once infrastructure work is completed during 2012 and the resort is up-and-running. The following table indicates the price increases we forecast over the coming 2 години.
