Construction and delivery schedules

Phase 2 beach villas in Lalzi Bay Resort
Beach front villas will be released after phase 1 has been completed in late 2013 – 2014. Those customers who purchase a villa in phase 1 are entitled to first choice on villas in Phase 2. For those who wish to move closer to the beachfront, the on-site sales office will manage the sale of your existing property.
The price of villas will inevitably be higher in phase 2 once infrastructure work is completed during 2012 and the resort is up-and-running. The following table indicates the price increases we forecast over the coming 2 rokov.
