Albania’s Prime Minister Sali Berisha inaugurates Ksamil waterworks, an investment of 450 million lekë. The waterworks is important not only for the non-stop water supply of the local community of 50 thousand inhabitants, but even for the temporary residents who frequent the area during the tourist season.
While evaluating the investment very important not only for fulfilling the daily needs of the inhabitants, but even for the investors in the tourist industry, PM Berisha said that tourism is the most extraordinary potential of this area and the country as a whole.
“Development of tourism industry remains one of the main priorities.
Our objective over the next four years is: Albania, 7 million tourists annually. We aim to present to the big tourist market of the world the best projects of tourist zones from Stillë Cape, in St. Jozef in Velipojë”, – the prime minister unveiled one of the major objectives for the next four years while ensuring that the biggest companies of the field will get contracted to draft the finest tourist projects.
